Mission
Our mission is to empower the world’s economically oppressed communities using the Dignity of Work.
Vision
Our Vision is to show that humanitarian aid can, and should, be done differently. The Blackbird Project will utilize commerce, productivity, and value addition to build sustainable small business in Uganda that will fund community development projects.
Our first project is a carpentry workshop in Arua, Uganda.
Goals
2022
The first goal of The Blackbird Project is to establish 3 successful small business in Arua, Uganda
2025
By 2025, the goal is to have built a football pitch, a well, a library with the profits from Blackbird incubated businesses.
Longterm
The goal of The Blackbird Project is to generate 50 million in profits to re-invest in communities by 2040.
