Small businesses are a fabric of a strong local community. By providing seed funding and training for motivating individuals, The Blackbird Project aims to provide the resources needed to break through socio-economic barriers and gain economic independence.

There is dignity in work. An inherent pride is afforded to those who have the opportunity to enjoy dignified work. Unfortunately there are places in the world where dignified work is scarce, this project aims to change that.
